Created in 2018, KWK has gone through a lot. Between sharing personal experiences, philosophies, and complex interviews the purpose of Koffee with Kaeyla has become more and more clear — Creating Connection.
Similarly to getting a cup of coffee with your best friend, we share our personal experiences and fears while analyzing the overwhelming amount of media we consume willingly and unwillingly on KWK. Each week we open our minds up to ideas that challenge our individual human experience while challenging our awareness of other people’s experiences with courage and compassion.
By the end of our time together, I hope you feel something and embrace it while having the best cup of coffee with could experience (of course).

After reading The Last Thing He Told Me, and loving every second of it I created a Tiktok inviting author Laura Dave out for coffee with the hope of getting some much needed questions answered. Through people engaging with that video, it made it’s way to Laura Dave and I posed my questions again. She said yes.
As a New York Times Best Selling Author and Goodreads Mystery and Thriller award winner in 2021 Laura Dave shared her process, challenges, and her industry knowledge on KWK.
To this day, it is the most listened to interview of Koffee with Kaeyla and continues to be one of my favorite conversations I’ve had over koffee.
